Privacy policy

This policy explains what Scipio Funding, Inc. (“Scipio Funding”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use scipiofunding.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site only. The investor portal at https://investors.scipiocapitaladvisors.com has its own policy for account holders.

What we collect

When you complete the qualification form we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and your answers about investment goals, accredited investor status, timing, intended investment amount, and whether you would like webinar invitations.

We also record limited technical information that arrives with the request: the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content), your IP address and your browser’s user agent string. We use this to attribute campaigns and to protect the form against automated abuse.

Why we use it

• To review your answers and contact you about the offering you asked about.
• To confirm accreditation through a third-party verification provider before releasing documents.
• To send you the webinar invitation you requested, when you request one.
• To keep records of who we spoke with and what was discussed, as securities rules require.
• To measure which campaigns produce genuine investor interest and to block spam submissions.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who operate parts of this process on our behalf: our email delivery provider (Mailgun), our investor portal hosting and database providers, and accreditation verification providers. They are permitted to use it only to perform services for us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information if we are required to by law, subpoena or regulatory request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies. Campaign parameters are read from the page address you arrived on and stored with your submission so we know which campaign produced it. If we add analytics or advertising tags later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

How long we keep it

Qualification records are retained for as long as needed to evaluate your interest and to meet our recordkeeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified. You can ask us to delete your record at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call 888-990-7795. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems available only to personnel who need them. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
